Refund Policy
EU consumer law applies, plainly stated.
14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, when you start consuming paid lessons you expressly consent to immediate performance; if you have substantially consumed the paid content, the right of withdrawal may lapse per Directive 2011/83/EU. In practice: if you bought by mistake or barely used it, write to us and we refund.
How to request
Email billing@vincoria.com from your account address with your order reference. Refunds are processed by Polar to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days.
If we disagree
Write to us first; we would rather fix it than argue about it. If that does not settle it, an EU consumer can take the dispute free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Service de médiation pour le consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst), Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, consumerombudsman.be. It is free for you, and using it takes nothing away from your right to go to court.
