Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of vincoria.com. Short version: be fair, we will be too.
The service
Vincoria provides online learning content: tracks, lessons, exercises and quizzes, in free and paid tiers. Paid access is provided per the plan you purchase: the Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks all content while active; the Lifetime early-access plan unlocks all content permanently with a single payment.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account is for one person.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute, resell or scrape the content; do not attempt to bypass access controls. Personal exercise output (your own repositories and apps built while following lessons) is entirely yours.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Premium renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and never renews. Prices include VAT where applicable; payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record.
Content changes
Lessons are living documents and are edited continuously. We may reorganize tracks; paid access always maps to at least the equivalent content you purchased.
Liability
Content is provided for educational purposes without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Applicable law and disputes
Belgian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in the EU, that choice cannot take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may always bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Start by writing to us at hello@vincoria.com. Most things are settled that way. If they are not, an EU consumer can refer the dispute, free of charge, to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Service de médiation pour le consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst), Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, consumerombudsman.be. It is free for you, and using it takes nothing away from your right to go to court.
